Hey
Has anyone owned any honda's with the D16A motor?
Can anyone tell me there experiences and/or spec's?

d16a wat ? owning a CRX i will assume you have a d16a8 , DOHC , 96kw(130hp), 143NM.
There are the normal numerous mods you can do , CAI , exhaust , flywheel and clutch - plus suspension work to get it handling decent.
Have a search aroudn man before posting up quite vauge questions ok -

Yeh I have the D16A8, pretty good engine IMO - I thrash it everyday and its still pimping at 250,000km :) Ive never redlined it though.
First gear is ok, loves second gear at mid-high revs, third gear is also great as long as you arent going up a hill.
I think one downside is that the cam seals leak more often than other engines ... from what ive gathered.
