Just got a new heavy duty honda clutch put in and also got my flywheel machined, is there a way that i should be running the clutch in, or do i just go about my daily driving?
do a few 6,000rpm launches :P
I think just go about your normal daily driving.

just drive around a bit till the clutch smell goes away.. would be about 500kms..
I remember last time, the very night I installed a new clutch, i took it to 8000 rpm on drags and runs, clutch went in about 3 months.. :D
