Check your fuses again, more specifically, the ones under your bonnet

have you got spark

check themain relay for dry joints

check the VAFC wiring

check if all your lights are working and also if your radio turns on, could be a fuse if those items are affected.

any sound from the engine? or just the clicking of Starter?
Try to unplug ECU and use the other and try.

have you checked your ecu to see if its throwing codes?

You possibly need a Distributor cap (cheap), or a new Distributor Coil (expensive)

Pull out the spark plug leeds and see if they create a spark on the engine/earth while turning the engine.

[edit] no fuel pump sound during prime/start

Bad fuel pump, blown fuse somewhere?

tried a different ecu prob still there all fuses are good it might be the alarm realys breaking the ignition as they cut into fuel pump and ignition am in the process of checking them now

with ignition on there is no dash lights

No dash lights and the interior clock is not working... I still say a fuse is blown somewhere unless your alarm is cutting power to these as well, which is not likely.

prob is sorted now turns out it was the copper track on the relay in the alarm module

cheers all!
