not sure if it is a oversight - but i dont see where ALLMTR is claiming it will not be using a turbo?

Yeah I've gone to the dark side. Was the 10.88 on street tyres? I believe that 10.9 is the current record for FWD streetcar on street tyres.

I guess anything that is registered and engineeried and able to run at a street meet is street legal..

who has gone 10.9 with a street tyred FWD? I know the Swift from Qld has gone 11.5 on street tyres and 11.0 on slicks.

Yeah to me it's street registered, street driven and street tyred.

Homer in the Swift is the fastest in Aus at 11.5. Cunha ran 10.9 in the US in 2004. I will check on the current leader when car is up and running

Homers car is quite gutted! still street registered though. 10.9 should be pretty achieveable.. good luck.

what i ment was that you tried getting engineers but couldnt, obviously the car isnt roadworthy and you said you need to spend alot more money to fix that up, meaning your trying your best to get this car on the road, street driven race car good luck with it all:thumbsup:

I never mentioned anything about money :)

Yeah this engineer wouldn't touch anything with a cut firewall. I have cut the firewall but have done it right so it shouldn't be a problem but *shrugs shoulders*
