I have a EG5 Si, and ive noticed over the past couple days my idle seems really low, it sits on around 4-500rpm and when u give it rev it backs down to the point it nearly stalls itself, was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and should i get it checked out? or is there an easy fix?

Should be an easy fix. I had a similar prob with my D16A8, it turned out to be a filthy Throttle Body.
Firstly the obvious/easy stuff:
Check the Air filter, clean or replace it.
Change the fuel filter and spark plugs if you have not changed them in a while.
Next clean out the Throttle Body: http://www.ozhonda.com/forum/showthread.php?t=35488
Then clean your IACV: http://www.ozhonda.com/forum/showthread.php?t=4693&highlight=IACV
