No because these RCAs are just for Aux input of external devices such as portable MP3 players.

Amp RCAs are outputs from the head units perspective so the opposite. To connect an amp to the made in mainland China factory shocker stocker you need to use a speaker wire to RCA convertor or an amp that supports input directly from the speaker wires.

Most aftermarket head units have at least one and as you go up each range several RCA outputs on the back of them for connection to amps. They also have more control over the sound, filters, equalizers and a much better amplifier in the head unit itself, not to mention look better and allow you to play CDRs and MP3s. Even the factory paper cup speakers with a magnet the size of a pin head sound better off an aftermarket head unit.
