Car revs auto when clutch.. help!

Hey guys.. im having some problems with my car... when i drive and clutch to either gear down or up my car revs up to 3rpm auto and the only way for it to go back down is when i tap the accelerator... has anyone ever had this problem?

sounds like u have a sticky accelrator cable dude have a check

Check the Throttle Body for build up of dirt and oils. Might need to be cleaned. Try, when the car is off and parked, to snap the throttle at the Throttle Body. Just open 25%ish and let it snap closed a few times. If it feels stiff then it needs cleaning. See the manual or go to a repair shop to have it done.
