Do you want to make power till 9krpm or just be able to rev to 9krpm??
i believe theres a lot more involved than just slapping some cams on, valve train.
you would want you r cyl head to flow to its max capacity, intake manifold, throttle body, your header,
and yes get your car tuned and get the limiter removed.

PM Dynodave about Skunk2 products. Power wise, it will only be as good as your tuner...

i know of an internally stock b16a running with s2s2 cams, which made about 116kw. so i'd guess you could get another 5-10kw on top of that, depending on your ecu, header and exhaust choice.

it is useless if you don't have a Cam gear with it

I emailed Skunk for a tech sheet to see if they have taller lobs. You might need new springs for the amount of compression they put on the springs. If too much pressure is put on a stock spring they can collapse and not hold the valve closed. There is a lot to just putting new cams in a car. You will also have to dial these in. Having one off by just a little will cause you to lose power. I would recommend professional installation unless you have a degree kit. Also you need cam gears. No way to tune with out them. I'd also like to know how much you are paying for S2S2 and the springs? Also why Skunk, why not Crower or Toda or any of the others?
