little problems come back to haunt me

ive got a hesitation at low rpm, if i plant my right foot it splutters then screams into life, its not losing power, or drinking more fuel or oil/water, and only does it after about 20mins of driving also back fires if changing whilst spluttering, ive changed, plugs, leads, and battery, cant find a cap and rotor anywhere over here yet so havnt changed that, i hope ive not killed another motor because this wil number 4, lol

didnt think of that, been runnning fine then it happened the other morning when i started it up been like it ever since, but only when the cars been driven for a while,
