Hey guys,

I was also thinking of Castrol Formula R

0w-40 is fine for your car. If you are changing oil every 6 months, then a semi synthetic or a hydrocracked synthetic (cheap) like Castrol Formula R 5w-30 will be alright.

use OWS 5w 60 in mine and change it every 3000k's with filter and plugs, id rather pay for oil than parts its cheap insurance. There is a good Penrite out, Motul is very good especially in the 100% syn 300V chrono but its $80 a change. You need to look at your driving, and how tired your engine is. Ive done 12000k's since my rebuild and i would have changed the oil at least 12 times but many for running in. Hopefully the next change which is due will be for the dyno so i can get some real boost going!

Your car is a turbo, so 5w-60 is suitable. But if integra95's engine is still NA, then he'll need a less viscous oil. Each viscosity has its own applications.

yeah but turbo or not use a reputable oil why skimp to save $5 on a 5lt bottle of oil, if your going to be someone who does that you may as well buy a hyundai and save $10000 up front on purchase price of the car and then it doesn't matter what oil it still gonna drive shit

aaron was not criticising your choice of brand,
he was criticising your irrelevant comment that you use 5w-60 oil in your turbo car, in response to a question about a stock NA car...
