it's leaking oil i know exactly how to fix it and i have the seal to replace it.

problem is i cant get the crank pulley off to change the seal.

mechanic is literally 5 minutes up the road and it leaks about 150ml/minute (very rough estimate).

i'm thinking i cant drive it up there and have him replace the seal for me but is there any way i can minimise the leakage just temporarily?

i realise that this isn't the smartest way to fix the problem so i'm really just after any ideas...

If I was funny, I would say push the car.
But realistically, get the car towed by NRMA after you tell them it has an oil leak and won't start ;)

we were thinking of towing it with another car but thats just stupid..

these crank bolts are on damn tight.
