Hey guys...as some of you know i blew my Dizzy a few weeks back. I have now recieved one as a replacement, but......
the wiring connector pins on my old one is a 6 pin connector. The new dizzy is an 8 pin connector...meaning im short 2 wires. now the decision is...do i re-sell it and wait again for another 1 to turn up, do i sell the one i bought and get mine re-built or can i still fit it somehow
sounds like u got an odb2 dizzy. sell...

wrong - its a 0bd1 dizzy.
I suspect , those 2 extra wires are for the internal (CAS i think?)sensor (which is located on the older crx's exhuast camshaft).

the CYP is the other sensor next to the Dizzy. its driven from teh exhaust camshaft.
with your dizzy its built into the dizzy, you have to find the wires that come out of the dizzy for the CYP.
