how do i remove this from the suspension?
i've threaded mine and want to replace it with another...
how do i get the balljoint out?
will removing the castle nut and jacking it up under the ball joint pop it out?

hit the side of the lca with a hammer hard a few times (the bit where the bolt goes through)

i need to remove the ball joint from the suspension altogether

oh ok then.....
i i said in the other thread that it would be easier getting another hub assembly.
Im 99% sure u will have to get the join pressed out and pressed back in. more $$ and time..

Doesn't have to pressed out.Seperate ball joint from lower control arm,remove rubber boot from ball joint,remove drive shaft from hub,remove steel ring that sits into hub arond the wheel bearing..then use a long punch and heavy hammer to remove joint from hub..install by GENTLY tapping new joint into hub until sitting square.Then use punch again on reinforcing ring at top of ball joint and hammer into position then refit all other parts..
