ok so...im trying to find the rear shocks on my honda accord....i have koni yellows on it and i want to stiffen up the rear but have no idea where to find the top of the shock so i can twist that little key thing does anyone know how to get to it...

The top mount you mean?

Either it's behind the boot lining or behind the corner of your rear seats...

how do you take the seat corner out of my car any help

hmmm... it's kinda hard to explain, just imagine.. press around the centre (vertical) with your right hand, and on the same time, pull the top end of the seat corner, until the hook get off from the hole..

I'm not sure you'll get what I mean.. but don't scare to twist 'em, they are flexible..

Correct me if Im wrong but you cant adjust koni yellows whilst they are bolted up to your strut tops.

They can only be adjusted my removing the shock from the strut mounts, then adjusting.

Obviously if you dont have the skills and tools for that, it might be best to go see a suspension specialist....

well i only just heard that you can adjust it...the only reason why they say you have to remove them is becuase most ppl cant get to the top mount on the rear shocks of thier cars other wire its the same as the front

To adjust DAMPER is easy - just via the "turning" tool at the stop of the suspension top.
But to adjust height , you can either jack up , take off wheel , and if the sprigns are softish you can lever them with a crowbar (or use sprigns compressors) and get someone to adjust the perch up or down OR you will simply have to take the whole shock out and do it then.

i want to adjust the dampener setting but i can find the top mount thingi in the rear of my car...i think its under the side cusion on the rear seat except i have no idea how to take it off

Have a look on my attachment.. Circled are the hook and the shock. I didn't install back the brown plastic cover becoz it's stuck with my coilovers.. But you should have the big picture by now...
