98 jdm dc2r cluster into 95 dc2?

Any issues fitting a 98 JDM Spec DC2R Cluster into a 95 AusDM DC2 (VTi-R)?

The owner before me killed my cluster with Windex and it's all foggy so I need a replacement.

may need rewiring

jdm clusters go up to 180km and ausspec ones go up to 210 if i'm not mistaken...
also has abs sensors which may cause the light to be constantly lit

and the redline would be different, the itr redlines at 8500 (i think) while yours would rev to about 7000

teh speedo needle will go pas tthe 180 if u chosoe ot go faster than that

Your revs and speedo will work normal.

Redline wont matter as its yoru ecu that will cut it out.

Thanks Chi, thats what I was thinking. Yeh it's annoying the speedo on the JDM only goes to 180, while mine touched 220.
