H and B are different series so i would say not. No harm in trying thou, alot of honda parts can be interchanged

afaik yes , you can use the oil filter. Honda oil filters are pretty much universal.
Buy one , try it out. OR wait for a definite reply here

i've just serviced my sisters car(h22a) today and its the same as my b18c. I bought a 4 pack of filters to save some money and i'm very sure both cars used the same filter.

i'm quite sure it's a different filter.
i know i have given out a different oil filter for the nsx to the workshop, that they asked for.
nsx filter: 15400pl2315
4cyl filters etc: 15400rta004

NSX and Ledgend use the PL2 filter, which is the same as the PR3 which has now been replaced by a RTA
there all the same and interchangeable,
you work in Honda Parts ???

cool just noticed you edited with extra info
they have the same thread and will fit, but if your fussy you can order the PL2, My Honda dealer gives out RTA, for all current stuff and POA for old skool cars
S2000 has a different part number as well, but the RTA works fine.
i'm quite sure it's a different filter.
