Hey Guyz,
Ive been looking at gettin angel eyez for my EG hatchy. I ws talkin to my dad about it and he said that hes heard that they can do something to the power or the regulator or sumthing. Something about them drawing to much power!
Anyone heard anything about this and can help me??!?!?!?!?!
Thx guyz,

The angel eye part are only led's and draws hardly any power at all. Driving lights are just your normal car bulbs.
If you do get these I would recommend you buy a voltage regulator for the LED's to prevent spiking so they last longer... some ppl have had the led's dying early because the led used is cheap power controlled by a resistor.

or instead of a power regulator wire a 5amp fuse into it so that if the power does spike it blows the fuse and not the led's. its alot easier to replace a fuse in an easy place than pull the angel eyes apart and replace the led's.

whats angel eyes ?
:s
Angel Eyes were originally OEM on 9/00' onwards BMW E39 5 Series(Facelift). Instead of having normal front park globes placed in da reflector when the 5 series was facelifted BMW designed a new concept "angel eye" as they've been known now!
These angel eye's have caught on like the Lexus IS200/Altezza tail light which are very popular on alot of street driven/showcars around the world!
Angel Eye's are almost a full ring lense around the headlight reflectors which are the front park lights. So when lit it looks almost like an angel's ring above their head.

Angel eyes look good, esp just as the sun is going down...
I would go the fuse as a bare minimum - it's a pain in the arse to open up the headlight just to change led's.
