has anybody did this themselves? wat steps did you go through?

i realise that u want info from peeps that have actually done it themselves but i think you should seriously consider getting them painted professionally otherwise the finish and durability of your 'home paintjob' will be questionable. Consider this- the skirts get hammered by stones and debris while driving and they continually get bumped by shoes when people climb in and out of you car. When u dont have an oven baked finish, they will turn to shit in no time.

yeah i should aye, but i wanna save money, how much would it roughly cost to get them professionally done

it cost me $120 to get the front lip, rear lip and both side skirts painted. Although I removed them from the car and put them back on after they were painted.

fark thats cheap i thought it cost more, where abouts did you get it done at?

yeh das quite cheap. its easy to detatch da side rear n front lips

i got it done in wagga. it helped that the smash repairer is a customer of mine and i payed him cash off the books.
