I assume your talking about the rear lower control arm bushes??

Burson, Repco or other automotive suppliers can get them from Superpro/Nolathane/Noltec etc but they are not easy to get out. 10 tonne press and plenty of lubricant. It can be done but honestly, get your mechanic to fit them and save yourself the hassle.

If you get the lower control arms out yourself and supply the bushes, most mechanics would charge about $40 to remove old bushes and fit new ones.

dont fit 2nd hand bushes, thats pointless, waist of time as you will be changing them again soon

the actual bushes themselves are around $40 EACH i believe from honda - its a once in 10 year job so have a cry. Once you are over it fork out the cash and get it done !

Usually if u have some skill and want to save some cash get them out , then take the LCA's + new bushes to a mech to push them out and reinstall with a press.

You'll need an alignment done after you get it all fixed.
