From what i got told it won't be a straight fit.
There's a bit of modification to make it fit and also you got to find a new set of mags with the right offset that will fit the bigger calipers.
You should try looking into a itr brake conversion or if you really want spoon then get the spoon brake rotor conversion kit. This include twin block calipers, rear calipers, pads, front and rear rotors.
i already have the 5stud conversion. i think its a +42 offset. and should clear. im not too sure. hrmmm

I'm not to sure what offset you need to fit the calipers.
But if you already have a 5stud conversion then why don't you get spoon twin block calipers for an itr. It would be a straight fit then. Why would you want a spoon caliper that fits a AP1. I think the spoon calipers for an itr would hold up just fine.

If you want to change the bias get a controller from Baer or Wilwood. They have bolt on kits.
yeh true. but i was asking as well, if i update the front brakes will they be too big for my stock rear brakes. i have CTR rear rotors n calipers. not too sure the size of the rotor.

No. I have a big set up front right now since Baer just made my rears. Been running the fronts only for a year now. Nothing wrong since about 60% of your stopping force is in the front. That's why you see stock systems with bigger front and small rears. Get the big fronts then when you can get a rear set. You don't have to but it can't hurt.
oh nice. thanks for that. il keep that in mind. what have u got running?

I use the Baer "Claw" kit for my car. $595.99USD. incase you want to know. They have them on Ebay as well as the new rear kit for $495.99 and the the bias controller ranges from $59.99 up. Wilwood also makes good kits. Look them up too. They cost about the same.

I found these on Ebay: Here (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/AEM-Powerslot-Front-Big-Brake-kit-for-Civic-or-Integra_W0QQitemZ8038830139QQcategoryZ33564QQssPag eNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem) and here (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/AEM-Powerslot-rear-Big-Brake-kit-for-Civic-or-Integra_W0QQitemZ8038833367QQcategoryZ33564QQssPag eNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem). These will allow you to use your stock calipers with bigger rotors and then you can also get better pads. I asked what the reserve is and he says $150usd for both.
watch out with stopping on the streets using those track pads.
i have a set of project mu 0-700. i heard some news that they take a while to heat up for the street. im going to look for new pads, once i work out hte solution to fit my brakes on the car.
i already have the 5stud conversion. i think its a +42 offset. and should clear. im not too sure. hrmmm
i am thinking to do 5stud conversion as well, it is bit hard to get and expensive too>.< but will do it. my question is, is it worth doing it (5stud conversion) ???? btw, i have ek vti-r ...
cheers
yeh i think its worth it. bigger brakes, more wheel choices.

hi guys, im new to this forum...
I like the idea of ITR brakes conversion mainly for price/performance ratio... To go a step further, I was introduced to fit Brembo rotors and calipers (a used kit for 4 wheels) for EG hatch at a price AU$3k without labor. Now... ive heard much about Wilwoods on Civics... but is there anyone got any experience with Brembo on civic (EG/EK)? OR it's an added bling factor...
PS: no disrespect to people with brembo on civic....cheers...
