Does anyone know what it does? Looks a bit dodgey to me. If it just changes the stock tuning I wouldn't bother

Its essentially a cheap 25 cent resistor that is sealed in epoxy then covered.. as forementioned, does nothing except lighten your wallet.

they basically trick the engine into thinking the air going in is colder than it is, and as such, the car dumps more fuel.

of course, this does no good unless the air ACTUALLY is colder
