last sunday, i bought white ek 4 vti-r.
on the car, 17" bbs wheels.
thinking too big, and conering is not good.
which size of wheel is good for ek4 ???
15" or 16" ????

cheers

Either is good. But for the larger size, i.e. 16, would be even more beneficial to get light weight rims, so acceleration may remain consistent.

Ideally 15" if you want strictly performance.
16" if you want a combination of show & go.
17" if you want show at the expensive of performance.

-edit- With 15" you have a larger selection of tires to choose from as well.

True and tyres will be cheaper as well!

Go for 15's man. Tyres after 15's just get too expensive. Plus like what others say you'll have more options. Easier to clean too! haha

Really any of the sizes mentioned are fine.

In my opinion even 17's are fine depending on design - have seen 18's as well that look huge.

15 and 16, they both good size. hav to take more factors into account, its not necessary the case that 15in is always ligther and better than 16in. some 15s are heavy ass.

any pics of ur new ek4? :)

Yups.

IMO go 16's. 17's look too big on EK IMO.

16x7!! looks good, and if u get light weight rims, performance is still there. tyres arent all THAT expensive, i get toyo tpgs about 145ish a tyre as well.

well i think you are wrong... i think my BFGoodrich's were about $140 each for my 15's.... pretty nice tire too IMO

anyway back on topic... it depends what you will use the car for but my personal preference is 15's

Check out that thread and also search through google - lots of tyres have been reviewed. It all really depends on how much you want to spend.
