sub boxes

ive recently purchased a 10" alpine type-s sub (sumthing small for my car) and all i need now is a box. does anyone know where i can pick up sub boxes from(carpeted)? can anyone help?

assuming ur looking for a sealed box, jb or car audio specialists will have em. or u could have a specialist custom build u one to suit ur car & sub. will cost abit more over a prefab tho. or u could build one urself, its not rocket science. or u could design it urself, buy the mdf n whatnot n have a cabinet maker build it for cheaper. if lookin for/building a sealed box, make sure its 1.0 cubic ft (28ish litres - a litre up or down will b fine)

I would strongly recommend you get a custom one made over a pre-fab. Whilst pre-fabs are okay build wise, they're seldom the correct size. :(

Remember it doesn't require the enclosure to be too far out to totally ruin the bass experience.

are there any places where i can get my sub custom made (melb)? or any sites with DIYs? i'd give it a try but i dnt trust my own work that much. lol
