hi all.
i currently use my accord 96 and thinking to convert it to tiptronic instead of auto. Anybody knows how much it would be? and if im not mistaken convert it to tiptronic is easier than convert it to manual. correct me if im wrong
thanks

It would be easier to a certain degree but have no advantage other than being able to change the gears more to your liking. There will still be the same drivetrain loss and the car will be just as heavy. Would be better to spend the money on power mods or cosmetics (depending on your liking)

wat abt ECU?
its too much hassel ... and $... i reckon its best to sell ur car and just buy a manual or a car with tiptroic

you would use a TCM from a 5th gen

best options would be a H23 auto upgrade that comes with tiptronic.

stock AT for the CD5 will cost to much to modify to convert to tiptronic
