cams on B18A1.. How much power??

hey peepz.. bigger cams has been a silent craze.. i just wana know if i changed the cams in my car.. how much power gain should i expect.. and does anybody have any suggestions on what cams??

also.. will having VTEC cams do much?? for example type R cams or vti-r cams.. but then again will this even work lol...

look into an LS/vtec head swap on www.team-integra.net (http://www.team-integra.com), and www.honda-tech.com (http://www.honda-tech.com)

Vtec cams will not fit a non vtec head..
how can u answer a power gain question.. theres a million (exaggeration) diff cams that will give u diff figures.. not to forget other mods + tuning..
