hey gus my gals got a b16a and i was wondering whats a good extractor and intake manifold combo... reason i ask is i herd this b16 th eother night had stok cams but when it went on vtec it raore way louder and harder then my gals does.... and i was told intake and extractors will give u this plus sum nice performance gains what do u guys think and who should i talk to about this?????

i dunno where u live, but try and find a local workshop that does a bit of work on hondas if u can.. hav a talk to them about wat they've used b4 on b16's and hopefully they can tell u wat sort of power gains they've been achieving..

other thing is wait and see wat ppl on here hav used and then just try and source those parts yourself.. is it just running a stock set up at the moment?? cos if so most headers and intake manifolds you would buy that are a bit bigger would make a difference..

save for decent headers like toda headers for example. Don't worry about intake manifolds yet, just get a decent CAI. Worry about intake manifold later on if you decide to change cams and increase compression etc etc. A type R intake manifold on a stock b16a will lose power
