Anyone running them>?
does your interior rattle like a Dog of steriods?

and if not what brand have you got

Ive heard prothane is alot harder than energy suspension one..

Else has anyone done the DIY urathane glue method? and is it removable?

And how is shifting.. is it smoother since there is less movement in the engine/gbox.

thanks in advance ,
daniel

is that because of the shifter/connecting rod bushings? or the engine mount..
Ive already got the shifter rod stuff.. didnt really help too much

ive got a set opf prothanes. Its true what they say, they make steeering and shifting 'more direct'. ALso improves wheel hop and engine moving around related problems. A byproduct is rattling though. THey rattle like a mofo for a bit then once they where in they get a lil better :) ES are supposed to be alot softer on the ears.

For those who have the engine mounts fitted, did it improve traction noticably?

which mounts did everyone change? from what i can see there is 3...
on the the engine side one on the gbox side and one at the back? is that correct. it seems there is an upper front and others..?

I am planning to do the window weld method, but am afriad that ti isnt reversable

From what I found out before, honda's use 5 engine mounts

There are 2 side ones apparently? Bottom and top
