yesterday my HID lights stopped working.. no idea why.
when i go to turn it on it just blinks for one sec and then they turn off..
i can hear a sort of buzz sound when i try to flick em on too..

anyone got any ideas of what it can be?

I had a problem with my left ballast (is that what they're called?)... and I have no idea how to fix it without buying a whole new kit. So now it's back to stock lights... :(

I don't think I've helped your problem at all :o

are you serious?
is it a bitch rewiring it to stock?

not really, it was piss easy.

all i had to do was unplug the HID globes,
unplug the wires connecting to the ballast,
and plug the wires into the stock globes instead.

the buzz noise might came from fuses going off

the buzzing sounds is normal.. thats the ballast working.
Is it a korean, taiwan kit? If so.. then thats the reason why they are so cheap, they dont last long.

ye this happened to me once before... it was at nite n lights jus kept flickering on and off then it jus went off, only 1 side though. then next day i checked and noticed one of the wires had come a lil lose on the crimp, just a simple tightening did the fix...
