hi peeps!!!
i got a set of 18x7.5 what is the widest tyre i an fit on 7.5 rims???
i got 225x35x18 but i want fatter (wider) tyres!! any help will be much appreciate. thanx in advance

I remember in a brochoure I read, you can go up to 245.. But I don't see why you need that sort of width for your civic.. And it's alot heavier too :)

cause you know how it is alway harder to get 215/35/18 than 225 or 235/40/18 so it can go up to 245. thanx for the help.

This page has heaps of info. There is a rim width calculator too, but it says up to 225 for 7.5" and it recommends 8" for 235 tyres.

Just make sure your running the right tyre pressures in the 225/35R18's and you should get plenty of grip with them... they supposed to run 40psi tyre pressure.
