hi, i have a 1994 civic sedan. d16y vtec. auto.
i used premium unleaded b4. but since the prices of fuel. i switched to unleaded for a year now. but my friend said. u should go back to premium.
he got a 2001 prelude vtir semiauto. i know for the preludes u have to use premium. but he said with vtec u need premium unleaded.
is it really true. cause 2day i switched to premium. and i can really tell the different. much much smoother.but if i stay on unleaded will it hurt the engine.
also. i get around 400 k per tank. remember mine is auto. is that too low. cause his prelude also auto gets similar milage.
and also. is it bad to keep my honda idling. does it hurt the vtec.
