Power window upgrade....

Hi guys!
I'm thinking of upgrading my CXi wind up windows to power windows. Is this an easy upgrade? Can I just buy, say, GLi door trims with the motors and do a direct swap? Has anyone done this already? Any tips?

kits for 2 windows are about $150 and around $450 supplied & fitted, they install 2 switches for u wherever u want it, but its usually installed in the centre console so driver can control the passanger window too.
as for the old window visors, takem out and its a perfect place to fit ur tweeters in :)
