Hey all,

Looknig to buy an ED Civic, twin car one.

what options do i have to spruce it up?

Also, what can i do engine wise?

oh and whats a normal price for these guys (2 owner car with full service history)
in excellent condition???

anything i should look out for?

ahh most of them will be dual carby. you will be limited on mods (engin wise)
try and find a bit of newer model 91-92 and you should have the efi engin ... then you could muck around with it :)

hmmm, decisions decision!

I would buy an EG if i could find a GLi or a moderately priced SI/VTI! ppl in canberra want 14k for their SI/VTI's!!!

3K tops for one in outstanding condition - all ED6s came with twin-carb SOHC motors. Best thing you can do with the motor is build a junkyard turbo setup and thrash the crap out of it... then drop in the 130bhp SOHC VTi VTEC motor. Drops straight in and uses your cable tranny... then of course you have to do all the eEFi stuff to go with it.
