what torque?

just adding some washers to my control arm (see link)
rear camber washer installation (http://www.team-integra.net/sections/articles/showArticle.asp?ArticleID=744)
was just wondering what torque to tighten them up to?
dont want to be driving around and them break/snap/fall off etc.
if anyone could help asap. thanks heaps

according to the honda manual , its 40nm.

the only way is with a torque wrench of some type.

40nm isnt very tight.

But i guess if thats what honda reccomends.
