trying to choose a front bar

I wanna do sumthing to the front end of my car. don't know if i should get the oem lip or get the c-west front bar. what do you guys think? has anyone on this forum got the c-west fron bar? whats the clearence like with it compares to stock front with oem lip?

are you referring to that big smiley face bar? if so...its not my cup of tea, instead of making the s2k look aggressive it makes it look dopey. ;)

The Amuse R1 bumper is probably one of the nicest front bumper on the market atm for the s2k but its pricey....close 2k landed

I dont think they C west bumper on its own without the rest of the kit will look good.

theres always the option of purchasing an 04 bumper+ lip??

i too like the amuse lip. subtle yet sexc. my mate, rego "PAT 898" had it on his silverstoen grey s2k with Buddyclub p1's. so sexc >.<

I was gonna get the 05 front bar for $650 but later told that the 05 headlights are smaller and so it doesn't fit the 99-04 model :(

hey man, im pretty sure the 04 headlights will fit onto the 99 model. Same with the 04 front bumper, which means you can use the 04 bar with your current lights. But the 04 lights are so much nicer

The rear tail lights will require you to change the rear bar as well.

as well as cutting the rear bodywork behind the light. Ruining your wiring harness too willalso be required to fit the 05 tail lights.

I just changed my front bar to the 05 one. looks much better and fit's like a glove. only thing is that two screws on either side won't line up underneath but u don't really need it. looks much better wothout the headlight washers

05 Front bar is good. Chargespeed is nice too. But if you got prefacelift, then just go the Amuse Lip. :thumbsup:.

ive got a black oem lip it looks pretty good,finishes the front end off nicely. The c-west kit is nice but a little too much for my liking. The 04'+ front bar is my fav, thats what Amuse use with a lip.I agree about the mugen bar it looks shit, but the AP2 isnt bad
