Hey Stoodamire, furst of all good choice of Honda, its a great car 2 start off wit a VIP style ....

ive only been able to find one kit for this accord and thats the R-34 style kit there is probably a few more , some deep dish rims would look sweet on these CG'z or even a set of Carlsons with 16 spokes, heres some pics of my car and my front bumper i recently purchased.... enjoy and good luck with ur purchase dude.!

Ensure you buy an Accord with a good transmission. Its a known problem for this model. Also, standard wear and tear stuff.

In terms of bodykits, theyre gonna look crap anyway...get a simple lip kit and maybe some rims. 4cyl have 4x114.3 pattern and V6 have 5x114.3 pattern.

Suspension is hard to come by for this model. Koni don't stock yellows in aus anymore. Most is in the states and via eBay. a good drop would be around 2".

Stock offset is 55. Offsets for these accords for aftermarket rims wider than stock are best from 48 to low 50s. Anything lower will cause rubbing when lowered and re-cambered. 45 is pushing it.

Most common colour is Champagne, then probably dark blue, then sherwood green.

yeah the yellows still come ere in australia.....get the V6 and do I/H/E and if you got the spare cash get a powerFC to tune it all and youll have a decently powered V6 that would easily blow away a SV6 commy of XR6 falcon

i think you should get some 18's bigger the beta.....dropping 2 - 2.5 inches will give you good clearance aswell as a ice low ride look

Hey guys. Was just wondering my climate control doesn't have a backlight so when i drive at night i can't see what temp it's on and all. Is it suppose to be like that or do i have to get it fixed and where can i do it if i need to?

Thanks.

Does anyone know the offset for the tyres and the width as well. Also it's 5x what for the spacing between the nuts anyone know?

Also anywhere i can get new headlights because there's a crack in 1 of them and mist is inside it. Thanks!

Thanks guys.

there 2 screws underneath that console that need to be unscrewed, after they have been removed carefully remove the console by pulling towards you, the rest of the console has clips so dont be afraid of removing them with a lil tug, if u still have trouble jus pm me and i'll take some pictures and go through it with you... ive removied my console so many timez ive lost count, lol

wheelstud pattern is 5x114.3, forgot the offset (AFAIK 45+ or 55+).

for the headlight, please PM me if you want both side

Hey guys! It's mean again.

I though about getting these rims for my accord.

http://www.tempetyres.com.au/products_closeup.asp?part=&part_no=593

GT-C replicas really. Wanting either gunmetal grey or polished black. Which 1 you reckon would look better.

I'm thinking of getting 18's. The thing i have no idea on is what people talk about when getting rims. Eg, low profile tyres, the offset they are going to get, how wide the rim or tyre is going to be. Stuff like that. Is there anything i'm missing. What should i be asking when getting those rims.

Thanks!
