I'm guessing you get an ego once you become WDC (Hill, Villeneuve & now Alonso) Rossi has driven all 3 codes, and was impressive.

Getting on a MotoGP bike is a big call, those guys are nuts in my mind.
Harder then F1, I don't know haven't done either :(

Valentino Rossi MotoGP dominator Valentino Rossi is apparently not tiring of his press feud with F1 counterpart Fernando Alonso.

The pair have been at loggerheads recently about whether Rossi, 26, would succeed if he ever switched to the four-wheeled race category.

Reigning champion Alonso, of Spain, turned down Rossi's challenge to go head-to-head in a motor racing showdown to settle the question of who is the quickest driver.

Italy's Rossi doubted Alonso's claim that his schedule is just too busy.

"Maybe Alonso has made some calculations and realised he would lose," he told Motorcycle News.

Rossi also reckons Alonso would be at least 12 seconds slower than him on a 260hp GP bike.

I think the vote is unanimous. Alonso is a self-absorbed wanker. He thinks that because he has won one Championship that he is the shit. You have to admit though, the young fella is fast, although i suspect that maybe all that speed has been bluring his ego a little bit.

I think if i remember correctly i heard that when Rossi drove the ferrari he was only a few seconds slower then Schumacher so maybe Rossi is better then Alonso in all 3 ;)

I'm not an Alonso fan at all, I too think he is in a great car and that has helped him a lot, but seeing him in Melbourne live he is so consistant.

I personally don't think he should of won the world championship last year, Kimi won more races, more fastest laps etc he in my mind was the better driver.

Alonso is good, no one on the F1 grid is clsoe to Schumacher yet (in my opinion, he builds a team around him)

The new Schumacher in my mind is Loeb in the WRC, that man is just a freak!

But because of the no tyre change ruling, Kimi was screwed over a few times costing him the championship. For Schumacher, he probably wants to forget last year hehe!
