since the boot has that thin carpet in it.. u could staple on the grip side of the velcro on to the box, and attach it to the car's carpet.

thats wat i did with all my cars, never moved!

velco can be purcahsed at clark rubbers for about $2 depending on length.

BRU51N cant do that what im doin is spare tyre shoving the sub in there, no box, cause no room i need the boot room.

well, if you're going to get it mounted in the boot, why not get someone to make a removable fibreglass enclosure for it.

Something that will fit into the wheel hole easily, but can be removed without too much of a hassle, plus you can find some other way to secure it, and the sub's enclosed too.

its too tight for fibreglass theres onli about 1 inch movement left and u also need to remmber that the cone of the sub has to move bak n fwd so if i fibreglass scared that i wont have room. dammn stoopid cars!!!

fibreglass won't be more than 1 inch thick man. talk to an audio installer!

Might be best to keep ure spare. Sounds like theres enough room on the left hand side, behind the fuel tank. Probably best to fix the sub with some decent brackets or a stand of some sort.
