Are there any alternatives that I can use that would be the equivelant/better to the P28? I need one baaaaaaad!

Not sure what you're trying to acheive, however you can use a socketed P30.
Whichever ECU you use, you will need to ensure you have it socketed and a relevant D16 program needs to be used.

I just need something thats close to stock. The current ecu that i have is still useable (but the idles keep jumping and it doesn't Vtec). I tried replacing it with a GLI p07 and the idles were fine, and it was driving real smooth but that was a temp solution. What i need is an ecu equivelant to the p28 that I have now.
Otherwise, how much would it cost me for you to have a look at the ecu for me?
