tell it to stop smoking !!!

no seriously, what do you mean by too high. it sits too close to the firewall for the engagement point?

Or do you mean, the actual pedal is too close to your steering rack? or what?

because if you lower your clutch pedal, you won't get as much travel.

And its not really common for anyone to have modified their pedals...

do you mean the point where the clutch engages?

think he probably means the friction point. i found my friction point was a bit too high as well when i first got my car. but im used to it now

no you cant adjust the friction point , as say you can on a cable clutch.
You can only adjust the pedal position + initial movement slightly.

Sounds like the clutch maybe worn...one obvious way to lower the friction point is to install a fresh clutch.

in my VTi-R i had alot of freeplay when i put my foot down on the clut, probably about 2 or 3 inches...then my dad adjusted the cable, it felt like the friction point was lower ??

maybe thats just my mind playing tricks on me :)

yes u can adjust the pedal feel.
there are 3 adjustment bolts to the pedal. all are accessed through the footwell.

your wrong. Its popular belief that hydrolic clutchs are not adjustable.
