Integra DA9 Turbo kit dont know wether I should buy???

Hey peeps

Spoon DA9R gave me the number of a guy that is selling a complete Turbo kit from his LS Integra his reason for selling had to do something with the Police or coz he keeps geting EPA all the time, so I gave him a call and no answer he messaged me back with the full details of the kit which are:

*Garret T28 Turbo dont know if it is a 28R or what?
*AVO Turbo Manifold
*Custom Braided oil lines
*Custom dump pipe
All that for $2000 bux!

He is currently runing bigger injectors and has a Chiped ECU which he mantioned that if I do buy it we can either Chip mine or we can Swap ECUs and he can also throw in a side mount coller (unknown origin) with all the piping and it is pretty much ready to be bolted on, also i was wondering if I would need some sort of Apexi SAPC or fuel upgrade to run this set up on a safe boost level of about 6-7psi? maybe fuel reg?

note that the car is goign to be a daily driver and occasional strip and sprint track car so I would ike to know if this woudl be suitable for all this and I'm also planing on changing the provided cooler to a proper FMIC.

honestly, to me that sounds a bit rich, for what is essentially a 2nd hand turbo and a used log style manifold, without injectors...

Personally, i'd make an offer on the turbo & manifold, assuming they're in good condition and source / custom build the remaining items.

Yes I have also been thinking on doing just that but I dont know if he is willing to seperate the parts? I'm goin got make plans to meet up with this guy so I can a closer look at the bits he has for sale with a mate that happens to work on a lot of Nissan Turbos and can get replacement parts real cheap, maybe I shoudl just get the lines and manifold an source a Turbo through my mate???
