Silver, no mods to the car, only thing added is tinted windows (stock standard basicly), body in excellent condition, intirior in good due to seat it alilttle worn out, serviced every 10,000km's with honda (has log books),..
already been test driven, and runs well and smooth..

Sounds like a good price, but it has a few km's for and 02 model. Any mods?

yeah its not a bad price, i would try and get it down a bit further though.
full service history? i would just get it checked out by a good mechanic first though.

the car is a company car, that kinda explains the high k's..
its always been serviced every 10,000kms..
no mods done to the car, all stock stand..
anything i should look out for..????

is it blue? cos i remember seeing a blue one for sale ages ago with similar k's that they said was a company car. 25k a bit high for 125k. there are quite a few for sale with heaps lower k's for only a bit more.
try the cars for sale thread on here or clubrsx.com (aussie part) there are a few for sale on there to.

Company car...i'd try and steer away from them as people love to thrash their company cars. And for an 02 model...thats a helluva lot of Km's.

Man i recomend that you don't go for it. Go for DC2 with lower km's! They look nicer, go harder and have better chassis. 25 grand for a '02 DC5 is a little to steap!

the price does sound a little too steep...
how long would you plan to keep the car for if you buy it? and.. would you be able to resell it at a decent price because of the km's?
just something to think about also..

i just bought my DC5r... it had 118k on it (mostly Hiway driving) only lowered springs and i got it for 22 500..... as i don't get to drive much, it should be in par with most of the other DC5's in 2 years :D

Compare the price to www.redbook.com.au (http://www.redbook.com.au) as they provide an industry standard. As others have said, it is an ok price. Somethings to note however:

I was always told that a car that has a poor interior (and has lowish km's) usually suggests that the car has had a fairly hard life - even if the owner says it has mostly been highway driving.
Prices will vary from state to state due to a number of factors including realtive state taxes.

^^ what he said.

Whenever someone says they done highway kilometres in a performance vehicle they are bullshiting

wow what kinda company gives u a type R?
i wouldnt mind working for them...

if it was a commodore or falcon id say no straight away
but if its a car like this im pretty sure the owner chose it because he probably liked it and doubt he would neglect it...
and as if you wouldnt thrash a type R anyway... if you have a type R and u dont thrash it ur a dipshit... haha
price sounds good
i'd probably buy it myself...
most i care about is if its been in an accident or not..
