hey guys changing clutch and stuff in weekend, reccomended redline gear box oil?
light or heavy?

i think its stock...
crunches from 3rd to 4th gear, @ any rev above 3k.

How old is the integra?? I would be thinkin get your box rebuilt or synchros looked at. Then consider what type of oil. I would be going for heavy

If its grinding at 3 i would be getting your trans looked at i push mine to six quite a bit and get nothing on a stock trans, i've got a exedy clutch but i would expect it to be the syncros.
