The real question is why. It’s a rubbish engine plus I doubt it would meet the newer emission standards required to be put into a newer car (Read: Not Legal). Just to be clear you are talking about a B20a from a 80s prelude.
If your thinking about B20 VTEC conversion with this engine it’s a pain in the ass not the simple swap like the B20B and B20Z from CRV.

Just did a search on honda-tech and it wont fit in your car without custom mounts B-series engine mounts don’t suit this engine as its completely different design to other B-series.

arent you better off putting a D16Y# series engine in? makes the same amount of power, if not more, with less engine capacity. even better idea is the more powerful B16# series of engines?

but the torque of the b20 would be awesome....

putting a b20a prelude motor into a 94 civic is illegal

B20A has around 107kw *correct me if im wrong* and a stock VTi has 97kw, so why spend all that cash for 10kw? ive raced a mates 90model prelude and i beat him so i wouldnt really bother mate...

lol yes tru but who cares :p it cant be done anyways cause the prelude motor is older then an EG and it is Illegal to put a motor in ur car that is older then the car itself :p
It would be alryt with mods if it was allowed...

a super set up of a b20 (thats if u spend at least 10k on it or more) can give u around 280hp or more....if its on a lightweight EG6/9. it will have no prob taking on a stock evo or wrx.. btw thats NA...if u further turbo or supercharged it..it will give u even more hp and torque!!!!a monster car

Sorry dude you’re confused. You’re thinking of a b20b or b20z. This guy is talking about a b20a which is a completely different motor design.
