What are the best springs for handling for an EG civic hatch?

At the moment it has some Pedders 2" lowered springs. Shock absorbes are Koni yellow's. They don't have many km's on them and are still very very strong so they should be able to control heavy springs, but the car is a street car so nothing to heavy.

Other handling modifications are whiteline strut braces front and rear, and a VTi or Si rear swaybar (not sure what it is, as the civic started as a GL without a rear swaybar).
Swaybars are more than likely going to be upgraded. Bushes may likely be upgraded too.

So, what is the best springs for handling?
Best spring for handling bang for buck?

And what mm lowering are they usually? The car with 2" springs has about
-1.5 deg camber at the front, so will raising the car with better spring demean handling due to less camber and higher CG?

Are camber arms a good idea?

Any info/advice/recommendations would be great
