Ported & Polish Head

Has anyone did a port & polish head for more power.

It's a great thing to do but you really only polish the exhaust. Having a rough surface on the intake side will help with the atomization of the fuel. Here (http://www.sa-motorsports.com/diyport.shtm) is one of many DIYs with some good info. I'm looking for another site that is much better.
