[EURO] Siren

boo-ya,

dis is my first thread and i jus needed sum advice. i got a euro luxury 04' and i got dis siren similar to those novolty ones frm d markets except mine is d real deal exactli like d ones from d blue and white cars. i had it in my '02 corolla before but dat got written off on d way to sefton playhouse haha. so i went all hard out and got a euro and im glad i made d right choice. anyways i wanna put this siren in d euro but am scared dat if i do it myself i mite stuff sumtin up with d electrical wirings. if anyone has installed anything like this or a similar device needing power, help wud be greatli appreciated.

Siren? Like what the police cars have? lol its illegal to impersonate a cop car and you wouldnt want to get caught thats for sure. If it only need 12v then you could plug it into the accessory power plug in the center console

nah its not jus a plug in 12v power. i gota find a power cable but duno where it is safe to start cos i dnt wanna break the electrical system.

My friend once got his car confiscated coz he got a non working police siren in his car. basically its illegal to do it, and as panda said, they wont take this lightly. so if you decide to go ahead with it, then take the risk.

but i also cant deny that i want to see euro cop car :)

What does "dis", "dat", "d" and "sumtin" mean? I personally hate the way people are becoming so lazy with the English language that they resort to writing things using as little of the alphabet as possible. I've seen reports of kids in schools writing similarly in their school assignments and tests. What is happening to this country? We have an excellent schooling system yet the youth of today think it's "kewl" to get it wrong...
