How many km has the engine done?

Have you checked the Dizzy and its timing?
Maybe its just a worn Dizzy cap.

My D16 dizzy cap went at 150,000 and the dizzy coil went at around 200,000

yeah the car is coming up to 150,000kms now....if it is the dizzy cap how much am i looking to repair it, and to do it the timing is it a tough job or something simple.

Not sure about the dizzy timing (search ozhonda), but the dizzy cap is not expensive (something like $40 from a Honda dealer) and you can replace it yourself (you dont repair them). Its basically the black plastic cap you see on the outside, where the spark plug wires go into on the side.
