hey guyz um i got a d16 with a gt28r turbo and thinkin of rebuilding my engine what are all the bitz and pieces that i need...and roughly how much would it cost me

You need to provide us with much more detail to answer your question. What sort of power are you chasing? Are you after a reliable setup?

You cant really do it on the cheap. At a minimum you will need to think about:

Pistons
Rings
Valves
You will want to attack the head (maybe a port and polish)
May want to think about a bottom end upgrade as well
Think about a new water pump
Head gasket
Cam gears
Brake upgrade if you are looking at more power
etc . . . . .
