Gen3 CRX 'delsol' - radio position

We're getting a gen3 for my gf, and she has a JVC DVD player (one of those with the small screen).

From what we know the Gen3s have the space for the CD player LOW in the centre console area... and people place them higher where the aircon vents are?

Can any one recommend a solution? post some pics up? will a DVD screen be ok down the bottom?

there are plenty of sol owners with the flip out dvd players in the stock positon


people move them up more for visibility issues than fitment... so you don't have to try to look down at your hand while trying to watch a movie while driving(wouldn't want you to take your eyes off the road now)

if you are tlkaing about the small red cylinder, its a flare used in ek9's /some early-ish jdm civics (because of snow and fog and whatnot over there, which we dont see here)

no dats a flare..i got a flare holder in my delsol..
i meant ders like a little button right between the gearstik and DVD unit..
and also theres sumfin comin outta the passenger side dash above the glove box

auto roof switch is on top of dash, to me it appears to be another after market mod (i've been through my owners manual and honda never put anything there in any delsol)

it is the foglight switch for JDM/USA model... I know coz i almost ordered a spare centre console from Jap and they showed me close-up pics of it

my manual shows all jdm usdn audm factory fitouts so if anything is there its an aftermarket fit (possibly all from one dealership but still aftermarket) and a friends usdm has nothing there at all, maybe it was/is trendy to put switches there :s

yeah but you don't have the foglights on each side of the front grill... look at TJsols avatar.

If you don't have those then you won't have the switch, meaning your car is setup like mine if urs is still Jap... you have no High beams, instead the 2 large round lights next to low beams are your foglights which use a yellow bayonet bulb instead of H3 globes...

trust me those foglights are rare.. coz it allowed factory foglights and high beams

those foglight are rare 2 get! tht switch is 4 those fog lights (bottem of front bar)!!
Those foglight at the bottem of the front bar are very expensive and rare.
