I don't know much about Integras, I love my car but I don't know anything about it which sucks, anyone know if it's like VTIR, GSI or whatever? I have no idea...

Some features are...

Sports Air Intake
Sports Exhaust
Sports Gearshift
Lowered

Any help would be great!

I've already found out what it is thanks to everyone, i've had the car for over 3 monthes now and have been learning more and more about tegs ever since so yeah, don't judge me on this post :P

it's an auto, so it has to be a gsi.
fast? the autos are pretty sluggish, manuals aren't too bad.
when you sit in a vti-r you'll notice the massive difference straight away.

how could you buy something without researching it first???
esp something which is as expensive as a motor vehicle...

anyway whats the engine number?

Because, it looks awesome, drove well on the test drive and was cheaper/better then all the other Integras around that year...

Plus I didn't really need to know its model type when I bought it as that information wouldn't of meant anything to me anyway...Now that I have the car i'm more intrigued in learning about it.

Thanks to everyone who helped though. Also the car is at my dad's house and I have yet to check the engine number.

didnt you get the engine/vin number to do a background check first? to make sure its not a stolen vehicle/money outstanding on the car???

not trying to lecture you or anything but yeah... didnt you seek advice when looking for a car?

GSi mate. lack of colour coded side moudlings gives it away instantly. that and the auto shifter, the colour of the interior. But hey mate, convert to manual bolt on a turbo and its quick.

My dad did all of that for me, my job was simple. Find a car I like, go with him and take it for a drive and eventually I found this Integra (Thought about a Prelude and even a Capri for a while lmao) and now it's mine.

well done!!

hehe one of the first few things i noticed immediately also.. but yeah.. judging from it all, its a pre-facelifted auto gsi (dc4?) integra.

pics of the engine bay woulda made it easier to identify, but i guess this way was slightly more fun :P

u look young man. learn next time that u should research b4 buyin a car.

yep without a doubt, the car is a gsi

from looks from inside ur car, it looks like auto and vtir dont come in auto, jus manual.

vtir's dont come with that "fixed" black strip things on side of car to protect against scratches. vtirs have it, but with the same colour as the car

interior colour also a big give away

and no this car aint fast. sell ur car and get a vtir... and learn to drive manual if u can... cos ur better of that way

gsi is ok but only if ya wanna turbo it in long run. vtir more practical

Why don't you read the thread before you parrot back what I've said

just an off topic, and for my own reference,
D-Mac is also from PA.com and he had a choice between a GSi Teg, and an 4th gen Si Lude

which would of been a better pick (power wise), lets say both were in the same condition

get some pic of the engine bay....did gsi come with sunroof? I reckon its hard to say in this stage.....once we look at the engine bay we can give you some idea.....

Integra
Power107kW @ 6300rpm Torque172Nm @ 5200rpm-5200rpm
Prelude
Power118kW @ 5800rpm Torque209Nm @ 4500rpm-4500rpm
Prelude is 20% heavier, so, power to weight, prolly DC4. Plus, 4th Gens are ugly.
